MoRTH amends vehicle rules to include E100 flex-fuel vehicles

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways amended the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, to include E100 alongside E85 in emission-certification provisions for flex-fuel vehicles. E100 denotes fuel with 100% ethanol.
